Transporter and Kombi in Europe, Kombi or Furgão in Brazil, Combi, Panel and Caravelle in Mexico and Microbus in the United States and Canada. This historic and popular German van is now an icon of the automotive industry. It was used for decades for military and civilian tasks, and is still in service in many countries.
The reference AK35022 represents the bus version of the vehicle manufactured in Germany from 1967 until 1971, probably one of the most popular variants in use.
Manufactured in 1967-1979 (Germany), 1971-1994 (Mexico) and 1997-2013 (Brazil).
Includes decorations for different vehicles, a roof rack and a spare wheel for the front.
The modeler can make different changes to the kit and easy variations to match different configurations seen over the years in different countries or different civilian versions. This kit is perfect to build out of box or to update and adapt to our own version and allows a multitude of possibilities.
The main features of the kit:
- Over 170 plastic parts
- Detailed interior and engine.
- All doors can be posed open.
- Decals for 5 painting/marking options printed by Cartograf.
