This Limited Special Edition reproduces the Trabant 601 Rallye, based on the most common sedan variant and prepared to compete in rally events between 1987 and 1989. The kit includes a decal sheet with four different marking options, allowing you to recreate some of the colorful vehicles that took part in these competitions.
Exclusive to this edition, a high-quality 3D-printed resin driver figure is included to complement the vehicle and add greater realism, dynamism, and authenticity. This exclusive figure makes the model an ideal choice for creating a rally scene or enhancing any collection dedicated to classic Eastern Bloc vehicles.
Designed for enthusiasts of scale modeling, automotive history, and classic motorsport, this special edition combines historical accuracy, exclusivity, and outstanding collectible value.
The Trabant 601 is one of the most iconic automobiles of the former East Germany and a true symbol of European automotive history. Although originally conceived as a practical everyday vehicle, it also found its place in motorsport, competing in numerous rally events held throughout the GDR and other Eastern Bloc countries during the 1980s.
Main kit features:
Over 80 plastic parts.
Vinyl tires.
3D-printed parts.
Highly detailed interior and chassis.
Cartograf-printed decals for 4 marking/painting options.
