The later 7th Panzer Company of the tank regiment of the "Leibstandarte Adolf Hitler" (LAH) was one of the first three tank companies of the Waffen-SS. With its way across the theatres of war of the Second World War from 1942 to 1945 - Stalino, Kharkov, Unternehmen "Zitadelle", Schitomir, Cherkassy in the East, Italy in the South, Caen, Falaise, Ardennes in the West or at Lake Balaton in Hungary - it is always in the focus of the operational history of the SS Panzer Divisions. This chronicle reports on these operations in words and pictures. The reader is taken along into the drama of dogged tank duels and at the same time retains an operational-tactical overview of the fighting.
