The focus of this issue is the journey of the French ex-emperor Napoleon Bonaparte, a prisoner, to his second and final exile on the South Atlantic island of Saint Helena. The booklet describes in words and pictures Napoleon I's journey from Waterloo to Rochefort, his treatment as a prisoner by the British and the entire crossing to the exile far away from Europe. Furthermore, the booklet presents Napoleon's accommodation in its present appearance as well as other locations in France which are connected with Napoleon I's last days in France. In addition, a painting is again analysed ("Napoleon en 1812" by Vassili V. Verechtchaguine) and the organisation and uniform of the ducal Saxon army is presented.
