In the first two books, the authors attempted to focus primarily on ceremonial daggers, covering their history, manufacturing process, and a brief military career of the dagger bearers. In Volume 3, they decided to take a closer look at some generals' estates, which provide a good illustration of a soldier's career path. In volume 4, they include the estates of officers from rare branches of the armed forces and from various branches of the military, some with their respective uniforms. They also wish to address topics that could not be adequately covered in the first two books due to the sheer volume of images and information available. In particular, the numbering of officers' daggers, with and without company logos, and the corresponding year of acceptance by the TKO. In addition, there is a significantly revised list of general and admiral dagger numbers and their bearers. At the end of Volume 4, they go into detail about the prices of the individual dagger types and their accessories.
