Description
In their contributions, the authors deal with the tense trinity of politics, society and armed forces. Some analyses underline the necessity and successes of Innere Führung. Others explain why it is time for a new beginning and what this might look like. In addition, the yearbook contains analyses and proposals for action to promote strategic capability in Germany. The central question of what role citizenship should play in the Bundeswehr soldier's self-image in future is reflected in a controversy recorded in this yearbook. It challenges every individual to take a stand.
In the 10th "Innere Führung Yearbook", the authors take up the challenge of rethinking and pointing out alternatives for the Bundeswehr's self-image and leadership culture. In doing so, it becomes clear that Innere Führung is based on preconditions that it cannot create itself. For this, it needs the support of politics, society and also of the members of the Bundeswehr itself, especially the military command personnel. And in all these areas there is ambivalence, hesitation and procrastination, but also much ignorance. With contributions by Klaus Beck, Eberhard Birk, Jochen Bohn, Marcel Bohnert, Kai Uwe Bormann, Gerhard Brugmann, Peter Buchner, Dagmar Bussiek, Dirk Freudenberg, Rainer L. Glatz, Uwe Hartmann, Reinhold Janke, Gerhard Kümmel, Bernd Lawall, Gustav Lünenborg, Klaus Naumann, Rainer Prätorius, Lena Pütz, Reinhold Robbe, Claus von Rosen, Martin Sebaldt, Dierk Spreen and Meike Wanner.
