Over the past two decades, the Polish airline LOT has forged close ties with the Brazilian manufacturer Embraer. The partnership began in 2004, when LOT took delivery of the world?s first E170 regional jet. Since then, the Polish airline has become Europe?s largest operator of Embraer?s successful E-Jet family, with no fewer than 45 aircraft ? equivalent to half of the airline?s current total fleet. The latest additions to the E-Jet fleet are three next-generation E195-E2 aircraft. The E2 is 25 per cent more efficient than the previous-generation E195, resulting in lower fuel consumption and reduced CO? emissions. A display stand is included.
