This annual publication focuses on sophisticated ship models (exclusively self-built, no model kits) as well as articles on related subjects such as ship restoration, archaeology, historical research and naval art. About 20 articles each describe, explain and inform about model projects, all illustrated with photos taken by the model builders themselves, ship plans from archives, prints and other illustrations. This issue contains, among others, an article on the guns of the H.M.S. "Victory" and on sailing experiences on a faithful replica of a 15th century ship, as well as explanations on the painting techniques and colours of ships between 1750 and 1850.
