From a painting by Franz Krüger (* 10 September 1797; 21 January 1857), called Pferde-Krüger, was a German animal painter, portraitist and lithographer. He became especially famous for his popular and true-to-life portraits and paintings of horses, which made him the most important military and portrait painter in Berlin. Berlin original.
