The real-life counterpart to this Herpa miniature model is based in Osdorf, Schleswig-Holstein. The vehicles are primarily used for transport within Germany and for journeys to Denmark. In addition to curtain-sided and box semi-trailers, silo lorries and special semi-trailers are also used. The Herpa model is being released as a limited edition.
