In the serious business of saving lives at sea, the brave volunteer crews of Britain's RNLI service need access to the most capable craft to safely effect rescues in some of the most challenging conditions.
In the Shannon Class Lifeboat, they have a cutting-edge vessel which is as capable as it is versatile, able to be launched and recovered from a beach using a mobile slipway and powered by waterjets, which provide it with both speed and incredible controllability.
Designed to operate in all weathers, this amazing vessel supports RNLI crews in continuing their proud lifesaving tradition which spans almost 200 years.
A minimum of £0.90 from the sale of this product will be paid in support of the RNLI.
Payments are made to RNLI (Sales) Ltd (which pays all its taxable profits to the RNLI, a charity registered in England and Wales (209603), Scotland (SC037736), the Republic of Ireland (20003326), the Bailiwick of Jersey (14), the Isle of Man and the Bailiwick of Guernsey and Alderney, of West Quay Road, Poole, Dorset BH15 1HZ).
