In 1974, the still iconic Porsche 911 was extensively revised. New US specifications made it necessary to modify the bumpers, and other parts were also adapted by the manufacturer. The successful second generation was a real eye-catcher, especially with its wider wings. In 1984, the car was fitted with an enlarged 3.2-litre engine with an output of 231 hp.
