After almost 30 years of service with the airline, Air France?s fleet of Boeing 777-200s is being phased out to make way for more state-of-the-art Airbus A350s. The most recent 200s, including F-GSPU ? named after Saint-Étienne, the prefecture of the Loire department ? are approaching their 24th anniversary. It is therefore high time to offer a 1:500 scale model in Air France?s revised livery before the 777-200s become a thing of the past.
