This booklet is a rarity among the publications of the series "Ritterkreuzträger Profile". It contains previously unpublished facts and photos of a Knight's Cross holder who has been rather neglected in the literature until now, as he was always overshadowed by Hans-Joachim Marseille. Otto Schulz was, after Hans-Joachim Marseille, one of the most successful flying aces of the North African theatre of war. Here we see for the first time a comprehensive biography of this successful and rather unknown fighter pilot who, like Marseille, did not survive the war.
