Addition-curing 2-component silicone rubber that vulcanises at room temperature (RTV).
The silicone is supplied in plastic tins. This makes removal and storage very easy and clean.
TFC silicone rubber type 9 is a soft kneading silicone that can be processed quickly and remains stable for a long time. It is often used in podiatry.

TFC Silicone Rubber Type 9 is very suitable for the production of demanding, elastic and hard-wearing moulds with undercuts.
TFC Silicone Rubber Type 9 can be used to produce single or multi-part moulds for casting original models made of wood, glass, metal, plastic, wax and ceramic casting compounds. You can also cast with all water-soluble casting materials such as TFC Xyrarock or TFC Xyraflix, TFC alabaster plaster, modelling plaster, casting clay, cement, concrete, etc. in the moulds produced. Soap moulding compounds (soap glycerine) for making your own soap or waxes for making candles are also possible without any problems, as is moulding with casting resins (resin). You should pre-treat the mould with a release agent before pouring, as casting resins can cause the mould to become brittle after repeated casting.
