The Macchi C.202 Folgore is an Italian fighter aircraft from World War II. After some explanations of the development and operational history, the constructional details of this aircraft type (general view, fuselage, engine area, cockpit and cockpit, wings, tail unit, undercarriage) are shown on the basis of photos of a restored museum specimen. In addition, there are coloured aircraft profiles showing paint patterns and markings, as well as b/w drawings from official manuals documenting certain technical details. Scale sketches in the text and on an extra plan clarify differences in variants.
