This Japanese modelling magazine describes the assembly and painting of about 9 ship kits in 1/700 and 1/350 scale, presenting models of heavy cruisers of the Imperial Japanese Navy from the WW2 period. The focus is on the cruisers of the "Mogami" and "Suzuya" classes as well as the heavy cruiser "Ibuki", which was later converted into an aircraft carrier. The individual articles mainly deal with the presentation of different construction and painting techniques.
