This second volume describes the development and difficulties of the Supplementary Group of Fighter Wing 6 of the German Air Force in Germany and France from its formation in 1942 until its disbandment in November 1944. Furthermore, the 14th Squadron, which belonged to the squadron for only a short time and was formed from parts of the 4th(F)/Ob.d.L. and flew test missions over England with Ju 88 R-2 high-altitude bombers, is described.
The path of the 15./KG 6 target finder squadron is traced from the Lehr- und Erprobungskommando 17 to the I./KG 66. The development of the test squadron Me 210 to the 16th /KG 6 and its further way to the 11th /Destroyer Squadron 1 is also part of this book. Who already knows the destroyer command KG 6 or the 7th (Dest.)/KG 6? In this part you will find out. In addition to the chronicle, available pictures of members of the squadron, all losses of the IVth, 14th, 15th and 16th /KG 6 and an equally (almost) complete list of members have been processed.
