The third part of the large illustrated reference work on the divisions of the Waffen-SS. It covers the divisions numbered 14 to 33, which include the various SS divisions formed from non-German war volunteers. The units made up of Flemings, Dutch, Latvians and Walloons are found alongside those recruited mainly from Hungarians, Albanians, French, Italians and Ukrainians.
