The material offered in Volume 2 on the equipment of the Waffen-SS grenadiers, mainly relating to camouflage, is exceptional and contains completely new details. However, this does not cover all the equipment details. These are presented in this third and final volume, which deals with belts, footwear (boots and brodequins), but also with insignia (insignia of high rank, collar patches, shoulder patches, ranks and functional insignia), and is also devoted in detail to sleeve stripes. This third volume concludes the work, which is a true encyclopaedia and a reference in this field of uniform lore.
