1618-1648. Hundreds and thousands of cities and villages were sacked, looted, branded and destroyed in one of the most terrible wars in mens history. The fate of the inhabitants was unbelievable brutal. Modern historians call the 30years war: "The war against the people". In our little scene, the mayor brings the key of the city-gate to the warlord of the siege-army.
