Germany 16.10.1906. The formerly prisoner Voigt disguised himself as a prussian army captain and arrested with the help of some soldiers the mayor of Köpenick (a town near Berlin). He wanted to get a passport to leave germany. Even the german emperor Wilhelm II. was amused. Soldiers are guiding the arrested mayor and his whife to a coach. (Part 2: 100/168/1)
