The Indians (dancers) move in a circle to the music. In dragging step they moved to the songs of the musicians. Endlessly they walked in a circle, waving their weapons, and sometimes someone fell to the side from exhaustion and dizziness. Deep in a trance, they "saw" their ancestors. Afterwards, the "dreamer" described his vision of the spirit world. Then he expressed his individual experience in a spontaneous song, which was later also sung at dances. Gravure Romund.
