This issue of Weathering Magazine is devoted to what is actually an unusual subject for a modelling magazine: pre-assembled die-cast and plastic models. They are available on the market in an endless variety of interesting themes for painting and ageing. These models offer a wealth of themes and atypical scales in which die-cast objects are usually available. Such a variety of unusual machines, e.g. construction vehicles, commercial vehicles, trains and cars, can hardly be found in "conventional" plastic modelling.
