More than others, these weapons indicate the roughness of the fights in the trenches during this conflict. In 80 pages, this book lists about 140 models and their scabbards. It is illustrated with more than 250 color photos and period photos most of these unpublished until now of French soldiers with these knives and daggers. This book is a reissue of the 2014 English version that was long out of print with some new information and some photos.
