Descriptionof Panavia Tornado. Flying in the RAF, German, Italian and Saudi Air Forces. Action - Cockpit - Fuselage - Weapons - Maintenance
-
Manufacturer
This formidable swing-wing jet Panavia "Tornado" in the twilight of its career is captured in 116 pages, filled with hundreds of high quality photos. Initially, the author of the book wanted to do the standard version of the Tornado (GR4 / IDS), but he got carried away and included 14 pages on the "Tornado" ADV - F.3 as well. As usual, he has included a lot of shots of the cockpit (both GR4 and F.3), landing gear, flaps and slats. Throughout the book, he shows the "Tornado" in action; either in the warzone or at very low level through the Mach Loop in Wales. In this book, "Tornados" of the RAF, German Luftwaffe, Italian Air Force and RSAF can be found.
Throughout the book, the "Tornado" is also repeatedly seen in action; either in direct action in the conflict zone or flying low through the "Mach loop" in Wales. In this book, the reader will find "Tornados" from the Royal Air Force, the German Air Force, the Italian Air Force and the Saudi Arabian Air Force.
