Description
The Zulu War of 1879 was an undeclared war between the Zulu people of Südafrika and the British Empire. After initial Zulu successes at the Battle of Isandhlwana, the British were ultimately victorious at the Battle of Ulundi. With the Zulu defeat, Zululand ceased to exist as a sovereign state. -Wikipedia-
