Maximilian Johannes Maria Hubert Reichsgraf von Spee, born 22. 6. 1861, died 8. 12. 1914 off the Falkland Islands on board the large cruiser SMS Scharnhorst. Spee was a German naval officer, latterly vice-admiral.
