As long as catalogue owners or purchasers do not state otherwise, they assure that they are acquiring the figurines depicting events and personalities from the period 1933-1945 only for the purposes of civic education, the defence against unconstitutional and anti-constitutional efforts, scientific and cultural-historical research or reporting on contemporary events. (§ 86a StGB).
