Benito Mussolini - The Duce

Benito Amilcare Andrea Mussolini (* 29 July 1883 - + 28 April 1945) was the dictator of Italy from 1922 to 1943. Mussolini was Minister President and Capo del Governo throughout this period, and was also Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Interior.
