Command the fearsome might of the Waffen-SS with this all-plastic Starter Army!

The Waffen-SS were the infamous political troops of Nazi Germany. Given priority for the best and newest equipment, they held themselves as an elite corps, separate from the wider German military, and were regarded by their enemies as the best troops Germany had to offer. Their political indoctrination imbued them with a fanaticism which made them often terrifying foes on the battlefield, albeit ones capable of truly horrific acts. While later-war recruitment somewhat diluted the elite status of the SS, these units remained loyal and fought with grim determination to the bitter end.

This Starter Army allows you to field a fully legal Waffen-SS force for Bolt Action: Third Edition - entirely in plastic! With 36 infantry forming a Rifle Platoon, backed up by the mortar teams and machine guns of the Heavy Weapons Platoon, you have a great core of elite footsoldiers to take and hold objectives, ably supported against armour by the Sd.Kfz. 251/10 commanders half-track and the ubiquitous StuG III assault gun, which form an Armoured Platoon. As if that wasnt enough firepower, a PaK 40 anti-tank gun gives you an Artillery Platoon to pile on the punishment.

Able to be built and customised to an incredible degree, or built and played straight out of the box, The Reichs Praetorians is the perfect way to start a new Bolt Action force.
