The Grenadier Regiment äKönigin Olgaô (1st Württemberg) No. 119 was a regiment of the Württemberg Army from 1806 to 1919. The regiment bore the honorary name Königin Olga named after the Russian Grand Princess Olga Nikolaevna Romanova, wife of King Charles I. In 1806, on the side of France against Prussia, it had 4 companies with about 800 men. The regiment fought in front of Glogau, Schweidnitz and Neiße. In 1809 on the side of France against Austria, Stärke 29 officers and about 1,400 men. The regiment fought at Linz and at the Pfenningberg. In 1812 on the side of France against Russia in the Ney army corps, Stärke around 1,400 men. After the battle of Borodino, the remnants of the Württemberg infantry were formed into 3 battalions. In January 1813, the regiment was still 4 officers, 3 non-commissioned officers and 14 men strong. However, all flags were brought back. In 1813 on the side of France against Russia/Preußen in the IV Army Corps Bertrand, Stärke around 1,400 men. After the battle of Dennewitz, the remnants of the Württemberg infantry were formed into 3 battalions. All flags were brought back.
