A-STAND Grey Primer & Microfiller

The A-Stand primers are the most durable primers available for airbrush use. There are matt and glossy colours for priming all model themes and types. These primers also act as a micro filler to cover small scratches and surface imperfections. They can be used on all materials, plastic, resin and metal.

Why should you use A-Stand?

Thanks to the excellent flowability of A-Stand products, they are easy to spray without clogging the airbrush. Once dry, they also provide a tough and durable surface to which other paints, enamel weathering products or acrylics can be easily applied. In addition, masking tape can be easily applied over the hard surface of A-Stand paints.

A-Stand products dry in a short period of approximately 30 minutes, depending on the amount of paint applied, ambient humidity and temperature. Allow 1 hour drying time before applying other products, as these are fully cured after 24 hours. As with other paint products, the thinner used in these paints and varnishes is only suitable for use with an airbrush, not for brush painting.

Remember that all paints contain toxic ingredients and it is advisable to use a respirator when applying them and to spray these products in a well-ventilated area.
