We recommend to apply them over a matte surface to obtain the best result.

The weathering pencils are water-based with a special 17 cm semi-wax like paint for modeling use. Specially formulated with the most suitable basic colours to achive all the effects in a very simple way. They are easy to handle, clean, and of course non-toxic.
