In 1870, Toby E. Rosenthal painted a picture showing the family of the great musician Johann Sebastian Bach at a musical morning devotion. Although this painting is purely imaginary, many historical facts suggest that it could have taken place in this or a similar way in the Bach family's flat in the Thomasschule.
