"Visier" has already published a special (No. 8) on this topic once before, in 1997. Much has happened since then, also in legal terms, so it was time to reflect the current state of affairs. This "Visier Special" provides an insight into the free firearms segment, focusing on various aspects. One important point is the current legal situation with regard to free firearms, as confusion sometimes reigns with regard to bans on carrying, blade lengths, transport and other cases. As usual, an extensive appendix with addresses, internet links and additional information is not to be missed.
