Development and history form the main cornerstones of "Visier Special" No. 56. Beyond that, of course, it is also about collecting: The magazine presents the most important variants and the corresponding stamps. From time immemorial, the cylinder breech with the typical wing safety was not only used in military rifles, but also in those of the police and customs. This is as much the subject of the book as it is of the hunting rifles - a subject that is still not finished. The booklet is rounded off by information on variants in various calibres (including the small-calibre training rifles and the Wehrmacht versions), on sporting disciplines, by weapon tests, loading data as well as tuning tips and an appendix with manufacturer and specialist dealer addresses.
