Pictorial volume on the legendary half-track infantry fighting vehicles of the German Wehrmacht in World War II, with many previously unpublished original photographs - mostly directly from front-line service. Wrecks and special designs (e.g. ammunition wagons, flak wagons, radio wagons with frame antenna) are also presented. The text is limited to short captions on the type, variant, location and time of the photograph. Almost all important theatres of war are covered. In addition, there are 15 large-format colour plates with various camouflage paints.
