With its soldiers, Panzergrenadierbrigade 37 "Sachsen" forms the core of the NATO Rapid Reaction Force "NRF (L)" for the period 2022-2024. Since 1 January 2023, this unit has also played a special role as the lead unit for the multinational land components of the NATO VJTF, the spearhead of NATO.
