Nissan Skyline 2000 Turbo GTES

Tamiya presents an updated reissue of item 24022 1/24 Nissan Skyline 2000 TURBO GT-E S (originally sold in 1981: motorised then) with the changed product name 1/24 Nissan Skyline Sedan 2000 Turbo GT-E S, updated decals, updated instructions and packaging.
The 2000 Turbo GT-E S debuted in 1981 and was the sixth generation of the Nissan Skyline. It was a particularly sporty model. With its elegant wedge-shaped body, it had a 2-litre, 145 hp, straight-six turbo engine and independent suspension on all four wheels, the behaviour of which could be adjusted from the driver's seat - the first time such a system had been fitted to a production car. Disc brakes were fitted to all four wheels. The sophisticated design and mechanics made driving this high-performance GT car a pleasure.
