The Ju 287 was one of the most extraordinary aircraft projects of the Second World War. It made its maiden flight in the summer of 1944. This volume presents the history and technology of this bomber, which was powered by four jet engines. Its unusual features were the wings that were curved against the direction of flight and the pair of engines directly on the pilot's cockpit.
