This American toy company became famous mainly for its models and action figures of film monsters such as Frankenstein, Dracula, the Mummy or "Wolf Man". But the company's repertoire also included kits of historic sailing ships, sports cars, moon rockets, civilian and military aircraft, animals of the past and present, and action figures of film and comic book heroes. The first 116 pages of the book describe the history of the company and the figures, kits, models etc. it produces. This is followed by a catalogue section listing all of Aurora's manufactured products, many with a colour photo of the beautifully designed boxes, as well as information on the year of release, scale, item number, a current price estimate in US dollars, and some additional brief information.
