Kaiser presents the military career, special missions and the fate of the decorated person. The portraits of the sword and oak leaf bearers are complemented by three to four photos each, while the book contains two photos per person of the Knight's Cross bearers. Each portrait is supplemented by a photo of an anniversary, aircraft, tail unit balance, etc. of the decorated person.
