This tall 9-sided, Sentry Box is rarely if ever occupied by the Life Guard on duty. Usually, in colder months, it will contain only the soldiers greatcoat hanging from a hook inside. As can be seen in the photographs the only decoration on the red and white sentry box is the gold and black royal cypher of the present Danish monarch, Queen Margrethe ? on the roof.
