The G-Class from Mercedes-Benz has been around since 1979. In April 2023, the 500,000th G-Class rolled off the production line. The robust all-rounder, which was considered indestructible especially in the 80s and 90s and is therefore also popular with the armed forces and as a government vehicle, received a facelift in 2024. The N465 is also built in parallel with the W465 and is offered as a purely electric car under the name Mercedes-Benz G 580 with EQ technology.
