Volume 148 of the Warpaint series. The Dassault MD.452 Mystère was a further development of the successful Dassault Ouragan with a 30-degree swept wing and modified tail. The aircraft was in service with the French Air Force for a long time and was initially developed into the Mystère IVA and then into the Super Mystère, the first Western European supersonic aircraft to go into series production. Both the Mystère IVA and the Super Mystère were used extensively by the Israeli Air Force, while other operators of Mystère derivatives included India and Honduras. This product in the Warpaint series is aimed at both general aviation enthusiasts and model builders and follows on from the newly developed kits from Czech manufacturer Special Hobby. It has been designed to add more detail and context to model building projects. The book includes all the usual Warpaint features, including tours of museum exhibitions, colour profiles and scale drawings.
