Plastic model kit of a carriage with 42 parts. Includes two figures, two horses and a base. In 1832, the then President Monroe invited the Marquis de Lafayette to America to celebrate the 50th anniversary of American independence. Lafayette was presented with this carriage on his arrival and then travelled through the 22 states and covered 6000 miles within 2 years. The original carriage is now in the Studebaker National Museum in South Bend, Indiana.
