The grizzly bear (Ursus arctos ssp.), also known as the North American brown bear, is a large population of the brown bear inhabiting North America. The bear hunt is the hunt for bears (brown bears). The hunt was out of respect for the predator always in the group. In the traditional grizzly hunts the hunt was carried out with the same preparation and ceremony as in a military campaign and always with a group of four to ten Indians. The tribal member who gave the death blow was highly valued by his compatriots.
