Maria Theresa of Austria (1717 - 1780) was a princess of the House of Habsburg. The reigning Archduchess of Austria and Queen of, among other places, Hungary (with Croatia) and Bohemia (1740-1780) was one of the formative monarchs of the era of Enlightened Absolutism.
