Moulinet Dance Rococo Period. A pretty group - loosely based on the French rococo painter Nicolas Lancret (1690-1743) - shows a small illustrious dancing group in shepherd's costumes common at the time dancing the "Moulinet". The dancers - usually four - extend their right (or left) arms, grasp each other's wrists and walk in a clockwise (counter-clockwise) circle. Matching: 101/1677. Also for the Baroque Park.
